Wojcik Construction Co., Inc. was started in 2004 by Jeffrey Wojcik, owner and president, and has proudly been serving Greater Boston, Eastern and Central Massachusetts, and the Cape and Islands for over 20 years.

At a very young age, Jeff was immersed in the building process and grew up building homes along side his structural engineer father.  Jeff took a liking to the building process and learned Auto-cad and architectural design as electives in high school. At a very young age, Jeff began designing homes, one in particular that was designed by Jeff and built by the Wojcik Family in West Barnstable his senior year of high school.  It was at that time where Jeff's building experience began to take off, when he met with Mark from Wenzel Framing, a sub contractor used to frame his parents dream home.  From that first meeting, Jeff began to work as an independent contractor hands on with Wenzel Framing building new homes, additions, decks, and remodeling projects on the cape and islands.  This where Jeff learned how to become a hands on builder and high end carpenter, through constant repetition and being taught by the best in the Cape Cod area.  It was through this repetition that Jeff began to really develop an aptitude for all building  trades and all phases of construction.

Upon graduating from Saint Anselm's College in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, and months after, going to school and passing his Unrestricted Construction Supervisor's License, Jeffrey wanted to start his own company in something he really loved doing: Residential home building and design.  Jeffrey began working on the Cape and Islands and became known for his quality of work at a very young age and gained the respect of his customers and competitors alike.  What once started as young entrepreneur, to and independent contractor, then a from a DBA and licensed contractor to what is now a full housing construction Corporation with employees. He has since broadened his geographical territory to the Greater Boston Area, Eastern and Central Massachusetts and has executed some projects in CT and RI.

Jeff has spent many years relying solely on word of mouth business.  Jeff realizes the importance of completing each job to the highest of building standards.  That means each project is carefully considered, estimated exact for each project and budgeted to stay most competitive.  WCC works directly with a great number of material suppliers, specific to each projects and materials desired.  Each project has 2-3 materials supplier estimating materials for each project.  In order to be the most efficient and cost effective building firm, WCC works directly with the most reputable licensed electricians, plumbers, HVAC, Title V sub contractors.  Jeff never speaks for any subs when it comes to cost, so each project is estimated by each subcontractor needed for each project.  WCC also relies on the most competitive vendors and specialty shops to get specific with each phase of construction.  Whether or not you need kitchen cabinets, vanity, stone, tile, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, Jeff and the WCC team will have the best suppliers on hand and estimating each project specific to the task at hand.  One thing Jeff makes certain is that every project is backed by a thorough Contract which details the scope of work and breakdown of cost.  Jeff never leaves any stones unturned and likes to be as accurate and thorough as possible.  Jeff and the WCC team have learned how to manage and run a successful construction business.  As much as it is important to have insurance, especially while working on someone else's home, Jeff prides himself on a flawless record for Workers Comp or liability claims, as well as having a perfect 0 claim record for any negatives claims against his license or the WCC Corporation.
